How long will my blinds take?
We will deliver your blinds to you via courier within 21 working days. Our makeablind process takes 15 working days. If there are any unexpected delays with your blind choice we will contact you.

Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes you can! When you begin the makeablind process you will have the chance to order up to 3 fabric loan samples and unlimited assorted blind samples. These will need to be returned to us and we will include a return courier bag. There is a minimal charge for this service.

Will I save money by buying Online?
As the manufacturer, we are able to offer our service direct to you. That means there is no retail store and no middle man. This means simply that you will save money!

Are there any extra costs?
We include freight, GST and all accessories to allow you to fit your blinds. If you wish to have more specialised features such as brass fittings or other types of accessories , you can give us a call on our freephone 0800 774 822 and we can assist you. These costs would be additional. You may prefer to hire a professional installer, this will be at your own cost.
