Terms and Conditions

  • By participating, entrants grant Make-A-Blind exclusive permission to use their names, character, photographs, voices, video and likeness in connection with the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
     
  • Make-A-Blinds decision is final and reserves the right to change the winning prize if unavailable at the time of the closing date 22nd of April 2012 or before if the entrant numbers have reached 750 people.
     
  • No correspondence will be entered into.
     
  • Only one entry from a unique email address
     
  • Employees of Make-A-Blind and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate Families’ include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extention.
  • All winners will be notified by email.
     
  • Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash.
     
  • Where the Winner is required to claim the prize in person, they must provide proper identification(eg drivers licence, passport, birth certificate). If the Winner is under the age of 18 years their parent or guardian must give their prior written consent to the award of the prize.
     
  • All people under the age of 18 years where the prize incorporates air travel, alcohol or any other element which would be illegal to supply to a person under the age of 18 years will be disqualified.
     
  • This prize draw is open to New Zealand residents only. Make-A-Blind and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

     
  • Make-A-Blind reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in promotions or competitions on reasonable grounds. By participating in any makeablind.com competition, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
