• Where the goods are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and should the goods fail to comply with any guarantee in the Consumer Guarantees Act, Curtain Makers 2009 Ltd trading as MAKEABLIND.COM will repair or replace those goods. 

• Wherever possible Curtain Makers 2009 Ltd trading as MAKEABLIND.COM will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. Any damaged or faulty goods will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Curtain Makers 2009 Ltd. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

Returns

Products purchased on this website can be returned subject to the following conditions.

• Goods damaged prior to delivery.

• Goods with manufacturing faults.

• Goods incorrectly supplied by Curtain Makers 2009 Ltd.

• Goods that vary from their description on the Curtain Makers 2009 Ltd trading as MAKEABLIND.COM.

Change your mind

Blinds ordered through the MAKEABLIND.COM WEBSITE cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged before delivery. Product incorrectly ordered by you will not be accepted for return. The cost of returning a product will be your responsibility.

Delivery

• All prices quoted on our website do not include freight.

• Delivery to sites outside of New Zealand will be quoted for separately .

• The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in all cases must inform the company in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non delivery of goods.
